• Safety: We keep your original photos safe and labeled with your contact information. We use very high quality scans so your physical originals are untouched. If you want us to mail your photos to you, we use postal shipping and tracking confirmation. We back up your photos in our computer system so you can always order reprints and your photos have that extra level of safety.
• Experience: Hatch Photo Fix has been in business since 2002. Eric himself has been a photographer for over 50 years, so he understands the importance of capturing memories in a photograph. He is also a fine art photographer, so he brings art training and technical skill to the restoration of your images.
• Personal Service: Your job is unique to you. During your FREE consultation, Eric will sit down and discuss the goals of your project with you. Together you’ll discover what level of service is best for your photo and your budget. He will learn what’s important to you about the picture, and what we can do to meet your needs. If something simply can’t be done, we’ll tell you, and suggest alternatives that will work. We’ll look at options for paper stock, enlargements, and extra copies. Then we agree on a completion date that suits your schedule. The emergencies get special attention.
• Value: We give you exceptional value for your money. You get the fairest price possible, based on the difficulty of the job and the time it will take.
• Quality: We take extra steps to assure you get the right level of quality. First, we prefer to meet with you in person, so we can learn what matters to you. Second, we set goals with you for the job. Third, we identify the particular problems in the picture, so you know what we’re going to work on. Fourth, we quote you a fair and honest price.
• Pricing: Our pricing varies and the project price is based on job difficulty, the size of your original, and the size of prints and the type of paper you order. Enlarging your photos mean extra work because the flaws will also enlarge and become more obvious. We will do what we can do make the pricing affordable for you.
• Guarantee: If we don’t get it right, we will work at it until you are satisfied. If you cannot be satisfied, we will refund some or all of your money, depending on circumstances.
